Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with a focus in Medical-Surgical and Telemetry (MS/Tele) for an exciting opportunity in Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care while maintaining effective communication with patients and their families.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, planning, and implementation of nursing interventions.
• Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms and manage dysrhythmias effectively.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient information accurately in the charting system.
• Ensure adherence to safety and infection control protocols.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 12 months of permanent experience in MS/Tele nursing.
• Active and valid Ohio nursing license or compact state license.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications required; NIHSS certification must be obtained before start date.
• One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty is required.
