Registered Nurse - Night Shift

This position operates on a night shift with a 12-hour schedule.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team in a 32-bed unit focused on adult and older adult populations. The ideal candidate will have experience handling trauma patients and administering heparin drips, as well as all acute medications as ordered. This position requires strong medical and telemetry experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care to adult and older adult populations.
• Administer medications, including heparin drips and acute medications as prescribed.
• Monitor and evaluate patient conditions, reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
• Utilize specialty equipment such as gait belts and geriatric chairs as needed.
• Assist with physical therapy equipment as required.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS and ACLS certifications are required.
• Documented medical and telemetry experience is mandatory.
• Completion of a nursing checklist is required.
• Prior experience in Skilled Nursing/Rehab or NICHE training is a plus.
