Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30. Weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide care in a combined adult and pediatric Emergency Department setting, managing patients with a variety of conditions. The role requires flexibility to float between locations as needed and adherence to strict attendance policies.

Responsibilities

• Administering blood products and managing central lines.
• Starting and maintaining IVs, performing phlebotomy, and providing procedural sedation.
• Monitoring patients requiring continuous IV sedation and IV vasopressors.
• Interpreting arterial blood gases (ABGs) and managing ventilated patients.
• Conducting triage and managing patient flow in a high-paced environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse license.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS, PALS required.
• Experience with EPIC charting system is mandatory.
