Registered Nurse - Med-Surg Unit

Job Description

Join a well-established Med-Surg unit scheduled in accordance with facility policy. Candidates are expected to work every other weekend and participate in holiday rotations alongside hospital employees.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care in a team nursing approach with the support of nursing techs.
• Perform hourly safety rounds and bedside shift reports with patients.
• Float to like units as the needs dictate.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation using Meditech.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN License.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and NIH Stroke Scale certification required (can be obtained here).
