Mobile MRI Technician

This is a 13-week contract position. Shift is 3x12 hours from Friday to Sunday, 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Mobile MRI Technician to perform magnetic resonance imaging procedures. The technician will work primarily on Fridays at a mobile unit until 5 PM and then shift to the main MRI department from 5 PM until the end of their shift. The technician will also work at the main MRI department on Saturdays and Sundays.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans on patients in a variety of settings, ensuring comfort and safety.
• Adhere to established protocols for imaging procedures.
• Work collaboratively with medical staff to provide quality patient care.
• Handle patient preparation and support throughout the imaging process.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of experience as an MRI Technician.
• Certification in BLS.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification is required.
• Experience with Siemens MRI equipment is essential.
• Level 1 Trauma experience is preferred.
