Job Description

We are seeking experienced Behavioral Health Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our float pool. The successful candidates will work across 19 inpatient units, providing care to children, adolescents, and adults. Candidates must possess excellent clinical judgment, assessment skills, and leadership qualities.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care across various behavioral health units.
• Utilize strong clinical assessment to ensure optimal patient care.
• Work collaboratively as part of an interdisciplinary team.
• Possibly serve as charge RN when required, without additional pay for those hours.
• Float between units as needed, covering all age groups.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years nursing experience, with at least 6 months to 1 year in a psychiatric or behavioral health setting.
• Current RN license in the state of Maryland.
• BCLS Certification required.
