This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:30 AM, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday per department rotation.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department RN to provide high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in emergency nursing and be ready to handle critical situations efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop appropriate care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor and record vital signs and patient conditions.
• Provide patient education and support to families.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective care delivery.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
• Experience in Emergency Department nursing preferred.
• Familiarity with Epic EHR system.
