Job Description

A dedicated Physical Therapist is needed for a 13-week contract. This role involves providing high-quality therapy services, creating treatment plans, and delivering interventions designed to improve patient mobility and overall function.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assessments of patients
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary
• Educate patients and their families about therapy interventions
• Document patient care and maintain accurate records

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Candidates must possess a valid Physical Therapist license and have relevant clinical experience.
