Job Description

The Physical Therapist is responsible for providing direct patient care, patient evaluations, consultations, and treatments to assist patients in reaching maximum physical performance. They perform individualized evaluations and design a goal-directed customized plan to improve each individual's physical function and mobility.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions based on patient needs and goals.
• Monitor patient progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

Must possess a valid Physical Therapist license.
