Registered Nurse - Cardiac, Neuro, Thoracic, Ortho, Vascular Experience

Job Description

This is a 13-week contract position requiring a Registered Nurse (RN) with strong clinical expertise in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular specialties. The nurse will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care for patients in specialty areas, including cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular units.
• Administer medications and treatment as prescribed.
• Monitor patient vital signs and overall progress, documenting as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for care planning and implementation.
• Educate patients and families about health conditions and post-release care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN license with substantial experience in cardiac, neuro, thoracic, orthopedic, and vascular nursing.
• A minimum of [insert years of experience required if known].
• Experience in floating to various units is desirable.

Schedule

Night Shift: 9 PM - 7:30 AM, with possible on-call requirements.
