Registered Nurse - Trauma, Neuro, Vascular, and Ortho

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift: 3x12-Hour (18:45 - 07:15). May require coverage for one night shift within the contract as needed.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic experience to join our dynamic team. This position requires expertise in caring for patients with complex needs in an acute care setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in a fast-paced unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Participate in emergency response and trauma cases as needed.
• Support and educate patients and families regarding care plans and procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic settings.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Valid CA RN license in hand.
• Experience with Epic charting system is required.
• First-timers are accepted.
