Schedule

Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts from 18:45 to 07:15, with possible weekend coverage.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic specialties. The ideal candidate will be prepared to cover one night shift within their contract schedule as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in acute settings.
• Collaborate with surgical teams in trauma and orthopedic procedures.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in trauma team activations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Maintain accurate patient records using Epic charting.
• Participate in on-call rotations, with equal distribution of shifts among staff.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience in trauma, neuro, vascular, and orthopedic settings.
• Current California RN License.
• BLS certification required.
• Previous charge experience preferred.
