Nursing Position - Acute Care

Job Description

The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care in an acute care setting. Responsibilities include patient assessments, administering medication, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role demands flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Document patient care activities in the EPIC charting system.
• Provide patient and family education on medical conditions and treatments.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current BLS (AHA) certification.
• Experience in acute care nursing preferred.
• Valid nursing license as per state regulations.
