Registered Nurse - Night Shift (3x12-Hour)

Schedule

Night shift with 3x12-hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30, every 3rd weekend, and holidays as needed.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse will work in an inpatient rehabilitation department, providing specialized care for patients with rehabilitation needs including post-stroke, post-surgical, and neurological diagnoses. Nurses will be expected to manage patient care with a focus on assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and interpret laboratory results.
• Administer medications and perform medication reconciliation.
• Conduct dressing changes and maintain sterile procedures.
• Provide telephone triage and manage pharmacy communication for patient refill requests.
• Support patients with conditions including CVA, TBI, ABI, spinal cord injury, and generalized debility.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of acute care rehabilitation experience preferred.
• Current RN license required.
• BLS certification required.
• EPIC charting experience required.
• Pass/Fail EKG exam required for all RNs.
