Schedule flexible - 4x10s - Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday 07:30-18:00; Friday 07:30-17:00 or 5x8s with various shifts. No weekends.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist to provide high-quality therapeutic services for infants, children, and adolescents in an outpatient setting. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge in autism, developmental delays, language disorders, and other related disorders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments, evaluations, and develop personalized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions for various language and communication disorders.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physical therapy and interpretation services.
• Document patient progress using Wellsky and Epic systems.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans and interventions.
• Maintain compliance with patient safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a pediatric outpatient setting.
• Active BLS and CCC-SLP certifications required.
• Experience with Wellsky and Epic documentation systems is preferred.
• Knowledge of Medicaid billing and SLP evaluation coding essential.
• Must be open to floating to other units or facilities as needed.
