Schedule

Monday to Friday with one weekend day per month. Shifts are typically around 8 hours but may vary.

Job Description

The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized treatment plans for patients. This role involves working with patients in a Long-Term Acute Care Hospital (LTACH) setting, focusing on rehabilitation and recovery.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patient conditions.
• Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to individual needs.
• Provide direct patient care, including therapeutic interventions and education.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Mexico.
• A minimum of 1 year of acute care experience is preferred.
