Job Description

Under the supervision of the Physical Therapist, the Physical Therapist Assistant administers physical therapy services and performs related duties, providing technical support for the effective and efficient delivery of therapy services. The Rehabilitation teams evaluate and treat patients with injuries or conditions that have caused either a decline in physical mobility or functional independence.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy services under the guidance of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Assist in the evaluation of patients and development of treatment plans.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Provide technical support during therapy sessions to ensure effective treatment delivery.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to help patients achieve their rehabilitation goals.
• Maintain documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current unencumbered Oregon Physical Therapist Assistant license required.
• Healthcare Provider Level BLS certification required.
