Job Description

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Registered Nurses (RNs) or Certified Surgical Technologists (CSTs) to join our Surgical Services team. The ideal candidates will have experience in a fast-paced surgical environment, demonstrating motivation and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist in various surgical procedures, including neurosurgery, urology, general surgery, colorectal, plastics, podiatry, ENT, and orthopedic surgeries.
• Utilize advanced surgical equipment such as Brain Lab, Davinci, and microscopes.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR (Meditech).
• Participate in mandatory weekend and on-call shifts as needed, ensuring unit coverage.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN or CST certification required.
• Experience in surgical settings preferred.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills.
