Job Description

The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive care in the Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit, which includes managing labor and delivery, postpartum care, and nursery responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patients during antepartum, intrapartum, and postpartum stages.
• Perform nursing interventions for cesarean sections, inductions, and emergency situations.
• Monitor fetal heart rates and perform necessary interventions.
• Provide postpartum couplet care for mothers and newborns.
• Administer medications and manage patient care needs.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Must possess a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Required certifications: BLS, NRP, ACLS, Intermediate or Advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring.
• 2+ years of experience in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, or Nursery required.
