Emergency Department Registered Nurse

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. This position offers the chance to provide total patient care in a fast-paced environment, maintaining high standards of clinical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in the emergency department.
• Monitor patient conditions and vital signs.
• Collaborate with emergency department staff to ensure optimal patient care.
• Manage patient flow and prioritize tasks based on acuity.
• Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid RN Licensure required.
• BLS certification required before start date.
• ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI, and NRP certifications required within 90 days of start.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting.

Schedule

This is a night shift position, working from 7 PM to 7 AM, with a patient ratio of 4:1 variable.
