Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse to provide high-quality care for patients during labor, delivery, and the postpartum period. The nurse will collaborate closely with obstetricians and midwives, ensuring all birthing preferences and needs are accommodated in a serene and supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized care during labor and delivery.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report changes promptly.
• Assist with newborn assessments and provide education to new mothers.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years current experience in Labor and Delivery.
• Experience in Post Partum/Mother Baby care.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Massachusetts RN license must be uploaded with profile.
• Active American Heart Association BLS certification.
• Active Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
• Active STABLE certification.
