This role offers a night shift schedule with three 12-hour shifts per week, totaling 36 hours weekly.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with background in Labor and Delivery, Nursery, and Postpartum care. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to expectant mothers, newborns, and postpartum patients, ensuring a safe and supportive environment during and after the delivery process.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to laboring mothers, ensuring comfort and safety during childbirth.
• Monitor and assess the health of the mother and newborn immediately after birth.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate parents about postpartum care and newborn care.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver comprehensive care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license valid in the state of practice.
• Experience in Labor and Delivery, Nursery, or Postpartum care required.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
