Schedule

Shift: 07:00 AM - 07:30 PM
Weekends: Every other weekend, every other holiday based on the needs of the unit. Must be willing to float to West Des Moines campus.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. The RN will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, ensuring their well-being, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, medication administration, and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Educate patients and their families about health conditions and wellness strategies.
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate medical records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in the state of Iowa.
• CPR certification.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
