Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide exceptional patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing patient needs, administering medications, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Completion of Trinity Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
• COVID-19 Vaccine required.
• 2 Step PPD OR IGRA (Quantiferon/Tspot) required.
• Minimum of one year of nursing experience preferred.
