Night shift: 3x12-Hour (19:00 - 07:30). Every other weekend and holiday required.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team for night shifts. As an ER RN, you will provide critical care and support to patients in fast-paced environments, ensuring the highest standards of patient care.

Responsibilities

• Deliver emergency care to patients presenting to the emergency department.
• Monitor vital signs and manage care for patients experiencing acute and trauma situations.
• Coordinate with interdisciplinary teams, including IV teams, physical therapy, and respiratory services.
• Administer medications and manage intravenous and sedation therapies.
• Participate in the evaluation and management of patients with various emergency conditions.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 3 years of experience as an ER RN.
• Current BLS, ACLS, PALS, and NIHSS certifications.
• Valid Maryland or Compact RN license required at the time of submission.
• Experience with Cerner charting system is preferred.
