Shift: 06:45 AM - 05:15 PM with intermittent on-call and weekend requirements.

We are seeking a dedicated healthcare professional to join our team. This role requires the ability to work in a dynamic environment, providing quality care and ensuring patient safety.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient care with a focus on safety and experience.
• Adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate patient documentation and health records.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active relevant licensure and certifications as required.
• Completion of all necessary health screenings and training documents.
• Adherence to Trinity Code of Conduct and patient confidentiality policies.
