Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Neuro/Ortho/Pediatric unit. Our facility provides comprehensive care across various specialties, including neurology, orthopedics, and pediatrics. The RN will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care to patients of all ages, with a focus on trauma and post-operative orthopedic and neurosurgical care.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the Neuro/Ortho/Pediatric unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
• Collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Educate patients and families on care plans and health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, preferably in adult and pediatric care.
• Current Registered Nurse license in the state of Michigan.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications preferred.
