Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Medical Telemetry unit. The successful candidate will be part of a team committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a fast-paced environment. As a vital member of the nursing staff, you will be responsible for monitoring and assessing patient conditions, administering medications, and collaborating with healthcare professionals to create and implement patient care plans.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care.
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• BLS certification required.
• Experience in Medical Telemetry preferred.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• Charge Nurse experience and BSN are encouraged.
