Job Description

Join a leading healthcare team as a Registered Nurse in the General Surgery unit. You will provide compassionate patient care while managing telemetry patients. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong competencies in telemetry and possess experience in urology and bowel care.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage telemetry patients.
• Administer prescribed medications and interventions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including charge nurses, unit secretaries, and CNAs.
• Assist in various procedures including TPN, PCA, and wound care management.
• Provide care for diverse surgical procedures such as appendectomies, cholecystectomies, and urology surgeries.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active RN license.
• BLS certification required.
• Telemetry competency is mandatory.
