MRI Technologist Position

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

6:00 PM - 6:00 AM with an expectation to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation.

Job Description

The MRI Technologist will be responsible for performing a variety of MRI and MRA procedures on patients, ensuring high-quality imaging while adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Conduct MRI/MRA scans of the brain, abdomen, spine, and extremities.
• Utilize GE 1.5T Signa and GE 3T Pioneer MRI equipment.
• Document patient information and imaging results using the Meditech documentation system.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff to maintain patient safety and comfort during procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum 1 year of MRI experience.
• ARRT MRI registration required.
• BLS certification required.
• Cardiac MRI and Breast MRI experience preferred but not required.
