Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for evaluating patient needs, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery and overall quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and home exercises.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Physical Therapist license in the state of Washington.
• Experience in a clinical or hospital setting preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
