Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery (Seasonal Contract)

Schedule

Shift: 07:00 - 19:00, No on-call required. 4 weekend shifts scheduled.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for our Labor and Delivery unit. This Level 4 maternal center provides care for the most complex patients at any gestation, requiring expertise in high-risk maternal patients and multi-tasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients during labor and delivery.
• Assist with vaginal and Cesarean section deliveries, tubal ligations, cerclage placement and removal, D&C, and PASD cases.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient care.
• Monitor and assess patients' conditions continually and respond quickly to any changes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license.
• Experience with high-risk maternal patients.
• Minimum 5 years of experience preferred.
