Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 5x8 hours (12:30 PM - 9:00 PM). Optional shifts available for consideration: 4x10 hours (10:30 AM - 9:00 PM) or 3x12 hours (8:30 AM - 9:00 PM). Saturdays from 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM required on some weeks.

Job Description

The Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologist (MRI) performs high-quality MRI examinations following established protocols. Responsibilities include conducting MRI exams on diverse patient populations for physician interpretation under general supervision.

Responsibilities

• Conduct general MRI exams, including specialized procedures such as elastography, defecography, breast, and cardiac imaging.
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and protocols while operating MRI equipment.
• Assist in the maintenance of MRI equipment and participate in quality assurance activities.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT (MR) or ARMRIT certification required; state license not mandatory.
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency.
