Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit. The ideal candidate will have experience in advanced hemodynamic monitoring, ventilator management, and administering vasoactive drips to provide high-quality care for critically ill patients. You will be responsible for collaborating with a dedicated healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and assess patient conditions, maintaining accurate documentation.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
• Utilize advanced medical equipment in a high-acuity environment.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current RN license in Tennessee.
• Minimum of 2 years of ICU experience.
• Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS.
