Day shift: 3x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:30), Monday - Friday. No weekends or holidays.

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Cardiac Telemetry unit. The ideal candidate must have a comprehensive understanding of pre and post-procedure care for interventional radiology, electrophysiology, cardiac catheterization, and peripheral vascular procedures. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring patients requiring telemetry and managing arterial and venous access patients.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care for pre and post-procedure patients in the Cardiac Telemetry unit.
• Monitor telemetry patients and interpret cardiac rhythms.
• Manage and monitor hemostasis of arterial and venous access sites.
• Collaboration with interdisciplinary teams for comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain patient safety.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with Charge RN experience required.
• Current RN license in the state of practice.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required.
• Experience with EPIC electronic medical record system is essential.
• Telemetry experience and dysrhythmia interpretation skills are required.
