Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and team-oriented Cath Lab Technician with experience in Cardiac Cath, Interventional Radiology, Vascular, or Neuro specialties. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of experience in the specialty, with 2 years preferred. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care within the Cath Lab environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in diagnostic cardiovascular procedures including those involving cardiac catheterization.
• Perform interventional procedures within the scope of practice, ensuring patient safety and comfort.
• Maintain a sterile field and adhere to all safety protocols and regulations.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient management and care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 18 months of experience in the Cath Lab specialty; 2 years preferred.
• Certified or Registered Cardiovascular Tech (RCVT) preferred; RCIS also accepted.
• Current AHA or American Red Cross ACLS & BLS certifications required.
• Must be nicotine-free with a negative 10-panel drug screen, including nicotine.
