Physical Therapist - Inpatient Rehab

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Monday to Friday, 8-hour shifts between 7am to 5pm; weekends will rotate.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapist with inpatient rehab experience to join our dynamic rehab therapy team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the assessment, evaluation, and treatment of patients, specifically focusing on stroke recovery and rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and functional activities.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and institutional policies and procedures.

Required Experience

• 2 years of experience in a hospital setting, specifically in inpatient rehabilitation.
• Experience with stroke evaluation and treatment preferred.
