Physical Therapist - Outpatient

5x8 Days, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 AM to 05:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting. The primary responsibility will be in the outpatient clinic, with occasional duties in a critical access hospital and long-term care facility as necessary. The therapist will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients to improve their mobility and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapeutic interventions to manage pain and restore function.
• Educate patients and families about the recovery process and home exercise programs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Kansas State license required.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience in acute care, outpatient clinic, rehabilitation hospital, and skilled nursing facilities (SNF) is preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
