7:00 AM - 3:30 PM, every other weekend required

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a travel position at a brand new, state-of-the-art inpatient rehabilitation facility. You will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, conducting daily treatments, and ensuring each patient meets their therapy requirements.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans for patients.
• Conduct daily treatments including gait training, neuromuscular reeducation, and caregiver training.
• Track time and charges to ensure patients receive required therapy hours.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 6 months current acute care Physical Therapy experience.
• Current Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• BLS certification is required.
• Preferred: Experience in an acute inpatient rehabilitation setting, neuro certification/experience.
