Schedule

Days, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM, floating and call required. Call varies, and the role requires floating within the scope of practice to Rehab and Med/Surg.

Job Description

The Travel Swing Bed RN will be responsible for providing general skilled nursing (SNF) level of care. The role involves a variety of nursing duties, including patient care and support in a rehabilitation setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide general nursing care for patients in a Swing Bed Rehabilitation unit.
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to create and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor vital signs and assist with activities of daily living (ADLs).

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience required; 2+ years preferred.
• BLS certification required.
• Must be registered with the state of New Mexico and pass the fingerprinting process.
