Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Registered Nurse to join our Inpatient Rehabilitation team. The position requires providing high-quality nursing care primarily to adult and geriatric patients undergoing rehabilitation.

Responsibilities

• Deliver nursing care to patients recovering from various conditions including neuro, trauma, and burn injuries.
• Assist in gait training, strengthening, and wound care management.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to create and implement individualized care plans.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in the EHR system (Meditech).
• Support patients and their families through education and emotional support.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care nursing experience.
• Current state RN license and BLS certification required.
• Must meet background check requirements and have mandatory reporter certification.
• Drug screening must include a 10 panel test.
• Titers must be current for MMR, Hep B, Varicella, and TB.
