Schedule

5x8s, Monday to Friday from 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM; Saturday shift from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weeks with Saturday work.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled MRI Technologist to join our team. The MRI Tech will be responsible for performing MRI procedures, ensuring patient safety, and providing high-quality imaging for diagnostic purposes. The position requires collaboration with other healthcare professionals to deliver optimal patient care.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI scans according to physician orders and protocols.
• Ensure patient comfort and safety during imaging procedures.
• Maintain and operate MRI equipment effectively.
• Document patient information and imaging results in the charting system.
• Assist in the training and orientation of new staff as needed.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to provide optimal patient care.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of MRI experience.
• Current BLS certification.
• ARRT (MR) certification required; ARMRIT certification is accepted.
• Radiation badge must be provided by the agency; not provided by the facility.
• South Carolina license preferred; candidates with a pending license will be considered.
