Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide exceptional rehabilitation services in an Acute Rehabilitation Unit. As a valuable member of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to assist patients in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and assess patient needs.
• Develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Implement various therapeutic interventions to enhance patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary.
• Provide education to patients and their families on rehabilitation processes.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Valid Physical Therapist license in the state of practice.
• Experience in inpatient rehabilitation preferred.
