ICU RN - Local Contract Position

Schedule

This position offers a shift from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse with a minimum of 2 years of experience in critical care. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and have experience with EPIC software, as well as a background in contract or travel nursing.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality care to critically ill patients in the ICU.
• Utilize EPIC for patient documentation and medication administration.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing interventions as needed.
• Participate in patient and family education regarding health management.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of ICU nursing experience.
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
• Experience with EPIC documentation system.
• Must be able to work all three shifts each week of the contract, with every other weekend (EOW) availability.
• Previous contract or travel nursing experience is preferred.
