Registered Nurse - Med Surg Float

Schedule

This position requires a shift from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM, including every other weekend and holiday commitment.

Job Description

The Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing quality care to patients across various medical surgical floors. The RN must be willing to float to multiple units including Ortho, Neurology Step Down, Oncology, Surgical Telemetry, and Med-Surg Tele. Additionally, floating to the WestLakes Campus may be required.

Responsibilities

• Delivering patient-centered care across multiple specialties
• Administering medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitoring and assessing patient health status
• Collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure effective patient care
• Documenting patient care and progress in compliance with hospital policies

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current health certifications including COVID-19 Vaccine, MMR, and Hepatitis B
• Completion of required health screenings and background checks
