Job Description

The Sterile Processing Manager will oversee operations of the sterile processing department, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and best practices. This role includes leading strategy for business intelligence and process engineering to support inventory management and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations and staff within the sterile processing department.
• Coordinate recalls, supply substitutions, and inventory management.
• Lead technology initiatives to enhance sterile processing procedures.
• Collaborate with operational and clinical leaders to improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in sterile processing, with at least 8 years in a management role.
• Certifications required: CRCST, CHL (Certified Healthcare Leader), and BLS (AHA).
