Outpatient Physical Therapist

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Shifts are available from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Required weekend shifts.

Job Description

As an Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT), you will be responsible for examining patients, developing treatment plans, and using various techniques to promote mobility, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Your role will also include educating patients on managing their conditions and developing fitness and wellness-oriented programs to encourage an active lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Administer treatment techniques to improve mobility and reduce pain.
• Educate patients on exercise practices and injury prevention.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress using EMR systems.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Current Physical Therapist License in Arizona is required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
