Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Inpatient Rehab Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team, offering a combination of compassionate care and professional expertise. This position involves working with patients in an inpatient rehabilitation setting, providing essential nursing care and support to promote recovery and quality of life.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an inpatient rehabilitation environment.
• Administer medications and perform medical procedures as required.
• Develop and implement patient care plans in coordination with interdisciplinary teams.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as necessary.
• Document patient information accurately and maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.
• Assist with patient education and discharge planning.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation nursing.
• Current Arizona RN License required.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Experience with Cerner EMR is required.
• Ability to float to sister hospitals for Med Surg as needed.
