MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Day Shift

3x12-Hour Day Shift, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM

Job Description

The MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic acute care environment. The RN will manage a patient ratio of 1:5-6 and will be expected to float within scope to meet facility needs. The position requires expertise in telemetry monitoring and previous charge experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and manage intravenous therapy.
• Monitor and interpret telemetry readings.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive patient care.
• Conduct assessments and develop care plans for assigned patients.
• Educate patients and their families on health management and medications.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of nursing experience in a medical-surgical and telemetry setting.
• SC Registered Nurse license or Compact license in hand prior to start.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are required; NIH certification is preferred.
• Telemetry competency is required.
