MS/Tele Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Night shift, 4x12 hours (19:00 - 07:00) with a patient ratio of 1:5. Must work every other weekend and may need to float within scope to meet facility needs.

Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced MS/Tele Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in an acute care hospital setting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in medical-surgical telemetry nursing and be proficient in utilizing Epic for charting and patient management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a telemetry unit.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor vital signs and manage telemetry equipment.
• Provide patient education and support to patients and families.
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and collaborate with healthcare professionals.
• Ensure adherence to infection control and safety standards.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• Minimum of 2 years of MS/Tele nursing experience.
• Current South Carolina or Multi-State/Compact RN license.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
• NIHSS certification preferred.
• Epic experience is required.
